1. Project Manager (1 post):  S/he must be a Post graduate in social science / social work or graduate with minimum three years experience with social development working experience in the health sector in various NGOs. Preference will be given to Candidates having experience in HIV/AIDS field. Monthly salary Rs 8000.00.

2. Counsellor /ANM(1 post):  S/he must be a Graduate, preferably a Post Graduate in Social Work/Social Sciences or graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in health sector. Must possess good documentation & communication skills. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Counselling & HIV/AIDS related field. In case of ANM, Qualified ANM from any recognized government institutions with three years of experience are eligible. Monthly Salary Rs.7000.00

3. Accountant (1 post):   S/he must be a Commerce Graduate.  Must be adept in MS Office. Must possess good documentation & communication skills. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in development sector. Monthly Salary Rs.5000.00

4. Outreach Worker (1 post):  S/he must be Graduate. Must possess good documentation & communication skills. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in HIV/AIDS related field.  Preference will be given to the candidates from the HRG community. Monthly Salary Rs.5500.00.
